By registering for or attending any of our classes, webinars, or roundtables, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Educational Purpose

All sessions and materials are for professional education and general informational use.
Nothing provided should be interpreted as legal, tax, or accounting advice for a specific client situation.

2. Registration and Access

You must register with accurate contact information. Access links and materials are personal and may not be shared without permission.
We reserve the right to refuse or revoke access if disruptive or unethical behavior occurs.

3. Payments and Refunds

Payments for courses or memberships are due at registration unless otherwise stated.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing before the event start time. Once a live class begins or materials are distributed, all sales are final.

4. Continuing Education (CE)

Where CE credit is offered, participants must meet attendance and engagement requirements as defined by the applicable governing agency (IRS, CTEC, etc.).
Certificates are issued to the registered attendee only.

5. Recordings and Materials

Sessions may be recorded for internal quality, CE verification, or future educational use.
By attending, you consent to the recording and understand that your image or voice may appear.
All course materials remain the intellectual property of Mis Centavos Academy and may not be redistributed or sold without written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Mis Centavos Academy is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or materials.
Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.

7. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be posted at the link provided on registration pages.
