- Refund Eligibility: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and are only considered if the product has not been downloaded or accessed beyond the initial preview.
- Non-Refundable Items: Downloaded or utilized products and customized materials are not eligible for refunds.

Physical Products (Books, Manuals, or Printed Materials)
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Non-Refundable Items: Clearance and final sale items cannot be returned.

Subscriptions (Membership Plans)
- Cancellation: Subscriptions can be canceled anytime to avoid future billing. No refunds for partial months.
